Executive Assistant

Full-Time | Eagan, MN, US

We’re growing and adding an Executive Assistant position located in Eagan, MN. This role supports the CEO and serves as liaison between vendors and core customers. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing corporate events including Advisory Board meetings, company strategy projects, customer events and business travel.  This position is also involved with managing projects involving campaigns, AP/AR management, customer onboarding, coordinating Zoom meetings, creating diagrams and flow charts. To be successful in this role you must be well-organized, and have great time and project management skills.

Responsibilities include: 

  • General administrative work
  • Review correspondence; arrange corporate functions as requested by CEO
  • Arrange calendar events and travel by developing itineraries booking transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
  • Complete projects and special assignments to include coordinating Zoom meetings, accounts payables and receivables’ tracking and monitoring progress of projects and problem solving
  • Assist with documenting and tracking corporate strategies
  • Produce reports and presentations

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience supporting senior/executive management
  • At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in project coordination/management, scheduling, meeting and calendar management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Highly organized, efficient and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and professional discretion
  • Excellent listening/communication, people/interpersonal, organizational skills, computer skills and presentation skills
  • Travel logistics knowledge
  • Self-starter with excellent decision making ability
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
