This position is responsible for managing the response to service calls, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Parts & Warranty Administrator

The Warranty Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of and warranty claims and take off parts inventory within the Bay & Bay trucking division/shops. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records of processing warranty claims, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts. The administrator will also analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ultimately contributing to cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. By effectively managing these processes, the Warranty Administrator supports the overall goal of maintaining high-quality service and reliability in our fleet operations. This role requires a detail-orientated individual who can work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Fleet Manager

This is a full-time position located in Eagan MN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of company drivers to ensure a flawless execution of services for customers. This includes coordinating and scheduling the pick-up and delivery of loads in a timely and most cost-effective way, as well as ensuring drivers provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities of a Driver Manager also include holding drivers accountable for operating in a safe manner and complying with company, state and federal policies.
Sr. Sales Executive of Refrigerated Sales

The Sr Sales Executive is responsible for soliciting business for our refrigerated logistics division and achieving margin production goals. It is also responsible for sourcing sales leads and prospecting for business in targeted markets. In this role, you will work with pricing operations staff to qualify new business opportunities, determine appropriate pricing and service commitments, and provide pricing feedback to the pricing department for our pricing model. You will also negotiate all pricing with customers and serve as liaison between the customer and our operations staff.

Diesel Mechanic
Eagan, MN, US
The Diesel Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers. You will also ensure that all vehicles are in safe operating condition and perform repairs that meet DOT, state and federal requirements. You will also perform other duties to include assisting with performing PDIs and installing equipment on new and used trucks and perform warranty service and repairs to customer trucks.
