This is a full-time position located in Eagan MN.The role of an Operations Lead is to assist in the development and performance of the Carrier Sales Representatives & Specialists within the Brokerage Team. You will also be responsible for collaborating with both the Operations Managers & the Director of Logistics to implement directives that align with overall goals & sales objectives both on an individual & team performance level. The position is designed for the individual to have upward mobility into a management position.
