Director of Dedicated Services

Full-Time | Eagan, MN, US

Bay & Bay is looking for a motivated and experienced sales executive to sell our dedicated refrigerated services. This position is a great opportunity to join a top growing refrigerated transportation provider in the country. A successful candidate will be goal oriented, have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated. 

Responsibilities include:

• Sell and market Bay & Bay’s dedicated service offering
• Believe in our Core Value’s (Safety, Positivity, Integrity, Respect & Excellence)
• Research and qualify leads for potential future business
• Build, maintain and grow customer relationships through cold calling and consistent communications.
• Be a resource to our customers regarding service offerings, market trends
• Understand how market trends impact our business and our customers
• Be part of a team, support your co-workers.
• Meet or exceed expected metrics
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of refrigerated sales experience
• Prior dedicated sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication & verbal skills.  
• Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up quickly on new technology
• Highly motivated.              
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Attention to detail
