Description:

Bay and Bay is seeking a Shop Support person. This position will have varying support responsibilities thru ought our Denton Shop Facility and Grounds. Responsibilities:

• Tractor Detailing – Cleaning of the inside and outside of a tractor for prep to be reseated.
• Trailer Washes – requires use of a pressure washer.
• Perform general shop maintenance and cleaning including share shop tables, shop floors, parts room and other common areas.
• Move tractors in and around the facility.
• Assist in moving equipment in order to facilitate equipment repairs.
• Must be able to understand directions both written and oral.
• Assist parts coordinator with his/her duties; stocking parts, billing parts, etc. as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in general grounds keeping.
• Various other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and background check.
• Some Computer skills required
• Basic set of hand tools is preferred, but not required
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, climb, kneel and stoop
• Regularly lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors, as needed
