Position: Billing/Settlement Specialist Location:Lake Elmo, MN
Reports to: Office Manager/Driver Settlement Supervisor

Description: This position is based in LakeElmo and is responsible for accurately processing billing information to customers and pay/settlements to drivers.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Audit trip information to ensure proper documentation to support driver payment and customer billing.
- Review/audit pay deductions and billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Interact with drivers, customers, dispatch etc. on a daily basis.
- Update settlement records to record changes and/or add new information.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll/settlement information.
- Process payments for direct deposit pay and garnishments (i.e. Child Support, etc.).
- Review and approve billing information for invoices.
Ideal candidates for this position will have:
- College degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in a payroll/settlement or billing/accounting role.
- Experience in trucking/transportation industry preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of individuals.

Position: Brokerage Manager – Service Delivery Location:Eagan, MN
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Compensation: Salary + incentives
Direct Reports: Truckload POD managers

Description: This position is responsible for carrier development and load coverage/service delivery in our truckload PODs. Manages PODs to achieve budget and productivity goals.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and development, and grading of carriers for customer needs.
- Manage distribution of workload among PODs
- Coordinate efforts between PODs to cover customer commitments.
- Coach POD staff on negotiating with carriers.
- Coordinate service commitments with customer service staff.
- Coach POD staff on using internal customer management system.
- Oversee recruiting, training and supervision of all POD staff and independent contractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies by POD staff and independent contractors.
- Achieve budget for PODs and independent contractors.
- Assist accounting and operations staff in resolving settlement disputes with carriers.
- Provide pricing feedback to Pricing Manager.
- Provide feedback to IT for internal customer management system development
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Ideal candidates for this position will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business
- Prior experience managing a truckload brokerage team required.
- Prior supervision experience required.
- Prior P&L responsibility required.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of individuals, both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
