Workplace Culture Defined
Every company has a unique culture that’s influenced by a variety of experiences and environments which may include industry, company size, organizational structure, and geography. At Bay & Bay, we believe culture is what brings people together and helps the organization move toward our goals. It’s much more than hosting happy hours or having arcade games in the break room or a great workout facility. Make no mistake, we have those things and we love them! They are great tools for igniting friendship, camaraderie, and partnership. But a great culture has more depth and meaning, and it takes work to sustain. A great culture is how we behave, communicate, treat each other, and ultimately, how we inspire each other to contribute our best.
